Saganaki shrimps with olive oil, garlic and oregano

6 shrimps

4 tbsp olive oil with garlic and oregano

1 can of chopped tomatoes

1 finely chopped onion

1 shot of ouzo

80 gr. feta in pieces (shredded by hand)

salt, freshly ground pepper, oregano
Implementation
Wash the prawns and remove the guts.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until wilted. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil and a shot of ouzo and let the sauce boil for about 10 minutes until it thickens. Add the shrimps and let them simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat. Sprinkle with the feta and serve.
