Dakos salad with oregano olive oil

4 barley nuts

2 tomatoes grated on a grater

100 gr. feta cheese, crumbled by hand

4-5 tbsp. oregano flavored olive oil

salt, freshly ground pepper
Implementation
Put the nuts in a bowl and pour the oil over them.
Pour over the grated tomato, sprinkle with the cheese, salt, oregano and a tablespoon of olive oil and serve.
