Dakos salad with oregano olive oil

Materials

  • 4 barley nuts

  • 2 tomatoes grated on a grater

  • 100 gr. feta cheese, crumbled by hand

  • 4-5 tbsp. oregano flavored olive oil

  • salt, freshly ground pepper

Implementation

Put the nuts in a bowl and pour the oil over them.

Pour over the grated tomato, sprinkle with the cheese, salt, oregano and a tablespoon of olive oil and serve.
