Totally committed to quality, we produce Ophellia organic extra virgin olive oil from carefully selected Koroneiki olives, cultivated by experienced local producers under the supervision and guidance of a special scientific team to achieve top results.

During the harvest, the olives are carefully collected by hand and immediately transported to our factory in Keramoutsi, Heraklion. On the same day, using the method of cold pressing exclusively by mechanical means and applying the strictest food safety standards, we produce this delicious  olive oil with the taste and aromas of the Cretan land
